We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item for any reason for 365 days from purchase (1 year!). Please read the below requirements and instructions.
* Returns must be in unworn, unwashed condition and all labels and tags must still be on the items. All packaging must be returned.
* Gifts are refunded to the original credit card or as store credit.
* Returns must be received within 365 days of the original purchase date.
* Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
* If the item your ordered was not what you received or was damaged or defective, please call us at 866-660-6565 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you send back your order.
1. Pack the items you wish to return in the original shipping box or another suitable box, including all packaging and tags. Please write on the original packing slip any instructions or comments. If you would like to exchange the item, please tell us which size, color and model item you would like. If we do not have the replacement in stock, we will contact you. Please make sure your original order number is in the box.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please call us at 866-660-6565 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your original order information and what item you would like. If we have the item in stock, we will hold it for you. Once we receive the original item from you, we will send the replacement at no charge. However, due to the seasonality and fashion element of many of our brands, many items for sale on our site we are not able to reorder, and others there can be a long wait time. In these cases, we will provide a full refund.
