We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item for any reason for 365 days from purchase (1 year!). Please read the below requirements and instructions.
* Returns must be unworn, unwashed and all labels and tags must still be on the items. All packaging must be returned.
* Gifts are refunded to the original credit card or as store credit.
* Returns must be received within 365 days of the original purchase date.
* Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete the Merchandise Return Form and email to service@tentalltrees.com.
2. We will email you a return shipping label within 24 hours of receiving your Merchandise Return Form. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging and attach our FedEx shipping label. If you use the provided FedEx label, you will be charged $4.00.
3. Drop off the package at any FedEx location.
If you prefer to ship the package yourself, please print and fill out the Merchandise Return Form and include it in the package. Send the package to:
