Can I send my order to a different address?
  Yes! During the check out process, you will be asked to enter a billing address and a shipping address.

To ship to multiple addresses, please submit a separate order for each address.
I need my stuff now! Do you have express shipping?
  Yes! We have 1-Day and 2-Day express shipping available for an additional charge. Please see our shipping page for more information.
Do all orders have free, fast shipping?
  Yes! No exceptions! Everything we sell ships free to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Express shipping is also available for an additional charge.
When will my order ship?
  Orders placed before 4pm Eastern Time typically ship the same day. Orders received after 4pm, or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Incorrect billing or shipping information may delay shipping. Please provide a telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if necessary.
When will I receive my order?
  Standard shipping orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days to locations in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast, and 3-5 business days to reach addresses in the West.

Express orders placed before 4pm arrive in 1 business day (FedEx Overnight) or 2 business days (FedEx 2Day). Extra charges apply.

Although we make every effort to meet these shipping times, we are unable to guarantee on time arrival due to factors such as extreme weather conditions and labor disruptions.
Where do you ship to?
  We ship to the continental Unites States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
